DOULTON LAMBETH STONEWARE BRITISH ART POTTERY LARGE PLANTER VASE OR JARDINIERE AESTHETIC MOVEMENT PATTERN C.1880-90
"A very attractive and collectable large Doulton Lambeth Stoneware planter vase or jardiniere. A great example of the best of English Art Pottery - hand decorated in the Aesthetic Movement manner. Note the stylized sunflowers and daisy-head mons. Amazing that this is one of those pieces granny used to throw out! Today's collector is more likely to display and enjoy this item as a prized ornament in that special place in the home reserved for only the best decorative antiques...
