RARE FIRST PERIOD
WORCESTER BLUE AND WHITE POWDER BLUE GROUND PLATE - FAN-PANELLED LANDSCAPE
PATTERN BFS I.B.27 C.1770-80
"An
attractive Worcester press-moulded powder blue ground lobed plate hand
painted with the Fan-Panelled
Landscape Pattern. This is a rare First Period Worcester
blue and white pattern of fisherman in watery landscape panels. A
highly desirable Worcester pattern design that borrows from similar
examples more commonly found on Bow porcelain. This is the first
example of this fine piece we have held. Don't miss out on this!" Antiques Expert
Hamilton Bear.
